Kearney FM is introducing a new monthly health-focused show, Health Talk Live, providing listeners the opportunity to discuss their health concerns directly with a registered medical professional. The program, which will air on the last Thursday of every month, premieres on Thursday, 30th January 2025.
Each month, Health Talk Live will feature Paramedic Dave Hawkins from Met Medical, who will be on hand to answer questions and offer expert advice. With years of frontline experience, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge on a range of health issues, making this a must-listen for anyone seeking reliable, compassionate guidance.
The program is designed to offer accessible advice on everything from managing chronic conditions to addressing urgent health questions. Listeners can call in during the live broadcast to speak with Dave or submit questions anonymously via email or text.
Kearney FM’s Managing Director shared their enthusiasm for the show:
“We are delighted to partner with Met Medical and Paramedic Dave Hawkins to bring this essential service to our community. Health Talk Live will be a trusted resource where listeners can find advice and support for their health concerns.”
The first episode will focus on winter wellness tips, including advice on managing seasonal illnesses and staying active during colder months. Dave Hawkins will also take live calls from listeners to address individual concerns.
Tune in to Health Talk Live on the last Thursday of every month from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Kearney FM. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with an experienced paramedic and gain valuable health insights.
